McNiven Ranch Supply Ltd (McNiven) – Dryshod Warranty Policy
Please be advised that the following Warranty Guideline MUST be adhered to for any Dryshod warranty claims.
McNiven offers warranty of one year on Manufacturer’s Defect. We warrant that the footwear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from the original end consumer.
The following will be taken into consideration under the Manufacturer’s warranty and defective goods policy; separation of rubber seams, cracking of rubber, leaking and discoloration to rubber (outside the use of polishes or other footwear care products).
Manufacturer’s defect warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the footwear, unauthorized alterations, repairs or modification not performed by the manufacturer, footwear used other than in manner intended, improper or inadequate fit, use of a safety boot after such boot has sustained damage unsafe for use in the environment for which it was designed and damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. Dryshod does not warrant any of its footwear that provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites.
Holes or punctures to any part of the boot are NOT covered by warranty. These may, however, be repaired with any waterproof sealant. We have had excellent results with Marine Goop, Aquaseal and Liquid Electrical Tape.
Retailers will be required to provide McNiven with the following information: - Quality photo of defective product (defective area and overall condition) - Proof of Customer Purchase - Completed Warranty Form - Description of Defect - Style & Size
This information will be submitted to Customer Service – firstname.lastname@example.org for the warranty to be processed.
Retailers should provide customers with a replacement pair of Dryshod boots at your earliest ability, either out of your stock, or by ordering a replacement pair. If a refund is requested, process according to store policy.
a. If you provide a replacement pair out of your inventory, or issue a refund, your account will be credited.
b. Should a replacement pair need to be sent out from our warehouse, you will be invoiced at no charge for them.
